The Foundation Diploma and Portfolio Course students have spent the last two weeks working on live and collaborative projects.
This was the first time since completing the specialist rotations that the students were left to independently interpret the brief and respond to it in whichever way they felt was appropriate.
The students negotiated workshop sessions and times with technical demonstrators in the specialist workshops and worked to their own timetable in preparation for a ‘work in progress’ studio exhibition at the end of the two week project.
The Foundation Diploma and Portfolio Course has been working on live projects with The British Red Cross for a number of years, and every year the outcomes are more and more exciting and diverse.
Students working on The Bystander Effect considered how they could use their own work to promote this global campaign to reach out and help others.
