As from this year Hereford College of Arts, offers Office 365 (for Business) to all it students and staff. All you have to do to access it is to go to this URL (login.microsoftonline.com), add your college email address and password and voila! Office 365 refers to subscription plan that include access to Office online

All you have to do to access it is to go to this URL (login.microsoftonline.com), add your college email address and password and voila!
Office 365 refers to subscription plan that include access to Office online applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services). It also includes 1TB online storage with OneDrive for Business.
The plan we have signed up for, allows our students and staff to download and use for free (for as long as they stay with HCA) Microsoft Office desktop applications. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote for Mac or PC.
