This year IT undertook a major overhaul of our wi-fi access Internet experience for students and staff.
We have installed a new system that’s called Eduroam.  It is easier to connect than before. It is also faster with more access, without the restrictions of the previous system.

What is Eduroam?

Eduroam (education roaming) is a secure world-wide roaming access service, developed for the international research and education community.

This secure service, allows students and staff from participating institutions (like HCA) to obtain Internet connectivity across campus and when visiting other participating institutions by simply opening their laptop.

On this link, one can find instructions for a plethora of operating systems (OS) and devices.

So, please have a look and get access. But if you are not sure what to do pop to IT and we will look into it with you.
