What a Difference Light Makes

Rory chose to install his wall pieces in the main hall for his latest summative assessment and knowing how important strong light is to the way the pieces are viewed, he borrowed a series of lights from the photography studio, and wow, what a difference strong light made! The pieces really came to life under strong light with the bubbles really bursting through and every hammer mark and detail really visible but without the light they dramatically flattened out. I can see that it’s going to be very important to get the light right in the forthcoming degree show.
