If any of you were over at Folly Lane campus on Tuesday lunch time you may have noticed we had some Sports/Fitness guests visiting!

HCA Students’ Union welcomed:

thePoint4, who had a little challenge to see who was the fastest on the rowing machine with the great prize of a summer Gym membership, as well as free 1 day passes to the spa and Gym. They are also offering Student Summer Fitness passes with an NUS card: For a 3 week membership it’s only £19.95 and for 6 weeks its £29.95. The membership also includes access to the Gym, Spa and Group Exercise Classes.

Herefordshire Football Association, were representing women/girls football as well as men’s. The Herefordshire FA Youth council offers a Football Futures Day, which is an insight into opportunities of being a young leader through football workshops and practical experience. As well as Soccercise, which is an aerobics class using football and is aimed at ladies of all levels of fitness, this is to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.
