It’s our Young Artist Competition Exhibition Private View this Thursday evening at our Folly Lane Campus, and we have been busy bees getting all of the work ready for the exhibition. We have taken some pictures from behind the scenes of some of the work on show, so you can have a sneak peak before we open!

It’s our Young Artist Competition Exhibition Private View this Thursday evening at our Folly Lane Campus, and we have been busy bees getting all of the work ready for the exhibition. We have taken some pictures from behind the scenes of some of the work on show, so you can have a sneak peak before we open!
This year we received nearly 700 entries, more than we have ever had before, and we have had a phenomenal range of entries from 3D Sculptures, Paintings, Prints, Textiles to Sketches and many more.
Lizzie Harper, a Botanical and Scientific Illustrator from Hay-on-Wye helped us with the judging for the three age categories, and she will also be joining us on Thursday night, as well as the Hereford Round Table, who will be giving out another prize for their favourite entry!

Once again, a huge thank you to all entrants, all of the Art Teachers, and also a BIG thank you to Hereford Round Table for sponsoring the Competition.
The Private View is open from from 5pm – 6:30pm at Folly Lane, and the exhibition will remain open Monday – Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm until 21st August. We hope to see you there!
