Hannah – SU President and first year Illustration student
1. Who is your favourite musician? It depends on my mood but as I’m writing this, Stevie Wonder.
2. Who is your favourite artist? Andres Lozano and Lore Pemberton.
3. What is your favourite food? Paella, Strawberries and peanut butter (not together though lol)
4. Where is your favourite hang out spot in Hereford? The Little Black Dog Cafe.
5. Do you have a fun fact about yourself? I can do a killer impression of Moaning Myrtle and Kreature the house elf.
6. Do you have a party trick? I can make a tea towel look like a roast chicken.
7. What is your favourite film? The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel or Ladybird.
8. What are your hobbies? Musical theatre, diabolo and painting.
9. What is your favourite book? Chocolat.

Calum – SU Event officer and first year Fine art student
1. Who is your favourite musician?That’s too hard. I love MUSE, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Scouting for Girls, The Enemy, Kaiser Chiefs and Dark Matter (One of my friends from sixth form plays guitar in Dark Matter!)
2. Who is your favourite artist? Me. Oh! Other than me? Okay then, maybe Shepherd Fairey or Emory Douglas. Actually, Wang Guangyi aesthetically but I disagree with his economic ethics. It’s not a simple answer. Sorry.
3. What is your favourite food? Tough one, spicy nuts are my favourite snack but Thai Masaman curry is my favourite meal. Basically, the spicier the better.
4. Where is your favourite hang out spot in Hereford? The Barrels, skate park and the HCA Fine Art studios.
5. Do you have a fun fact about yourself? Yes…
6. Do you have a party trick? That is the question? Do I? Does drinking count?
7. What is your favourite film? Hard question, my favourite character is definitely the Joker though. My favourite Trilogy is Lord of the Rings.
8. What are your hobbies? Rugby Union, longboarding, scootering, kayaking, body boarding, camping, climbing/bouldering, the list goes on and on. I think you get the idea.
9. What is your favourite book? Time and Time again by Ben Elton. What a story! Definitely read this.
10. Best gig you have ever been to? MUSE at Ashton Gate Stadium. Part of their Simulation Theory World Tour. I saw them At O2 Birmingham on their Drones World Tour which was my first concert.
Annie – first year Artist blacksmith
1. Who is your favourite musician? Christine and the Queens.
2. Who is your favourite artist? This changes almost by the minute but at the moment I’m very inspired by Oskar Schlemmer, who ran the theatre department in the Bauhaus.
3. What is your favourite food? I love pretty much any kind of dish involving fish.
4. Where if your favourite hang out spot in Hereford? Anywhere near the river, or in it if the weather’s good.
5. Do you have a fun fact about yourself? I once helped install an exhibition in the European Parliament building.
6. What is your favourite animal? A red kite.
7. What is your favourite film? I’m a big fan of stage design and practical effects so maybe Mad Max: Fury Road, or the Gormenghast miniseries, if that counts.
8. What are your hobbies? Wild swimming, cooking, I used to volunteer backstage and building sets for musicals in school and college and I’m still very into props and scenery.
9. What is your favourite book? Goodbye to Berlin, it’s the book that the musical Cabaret is based off.
10. Best gig you have ever been to? Gwenno and Ben Howard at the Eden Project.
Tristan – first year Artist blacksmith
1. Who is your favourite musician? Taylor Swift, don’t judge!
2. Who is your favourite artist? Antony Gormley.
3. What is your favourite food? Probably Chinese.
4. Where if your favourite hang out spot in Hereford? The Barrels.
5. What is your favourite film? Captain Fantastic.
6. What are your hobbies? Films and video games because I’m a big ol’ nerd.
7. What is your favourite book? The Witcher series.
8. Best gig you have ever been to? Download festival.
Shelly – second year Fine Art student
1. Who is your favourite musician? Bob Dylan and Kate Bush. Impossible to choose between them. I’ve only seen Dylan live though, sadly.
2. Who is your favourite artist Mark Houghton (tutor at HCA) His work is so ‘finished’ and clean and he explains it in a language that is accessible. You can sense he’s lost none of his passion for making things and is in no way precious.
3. What is your favourite food? Greek. I travelled a lot in my twenties and the locally sourced food on the Islands was exquisite yet simple.
4. Where if your favourite hang out spot in Hereford? The café and library at CRC.
5. Do you have a fun fact about yourself? I’m on the autistic spectrum. (Not always fun, but a fact!)
6. Do you have a party trick? These days, managing to stay upright.
7. What is your favourite film? One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
8. What are your hobbies? Apart from art? Walking, photography, reading and horseriding.
9. What is your favourite book? It’s got to be ‘A Prayer for Owen Meany’ by John Irving and ‘Playing to the Gallery’ by Grayson Perry.
10. Best gig you have ever been to?Crikey…too many to remember! I’ll go for the Jazz Supreme Festival where I saw Rag ‘n’ Bone Man in the afternoon and Larry Graham and Chaka Khan at night.
Rosina – first year Contemporary design craft student
1. Who is your favourite musician? There are many different musicians I adore such as, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin and Kesha.
2. Who is your favourite artist? Ave Rose.
3. What is your favourite food? I love calamari among a large seafood related list
4. Where if your favourite hang out spot in Hereford I like hanging out in cafes such as Costa.
5. Do you have a fun fact about yourself? I can remember really random things people have told me or that I have read.
6. What is your favourite film? At the moment it’s Burlesque.
7. What is your favourite animal? A Tapir
8. What are your hobbies? I enjoy listening to music, wood working, doodling and jewellery making.
9. What is your favourite book? Aesop’s fables.

Either Black Veil Brides or Motionless in White gig.
