The children who are aged 5 and 6 years old, had welcomed some of our Foundation Diploma students to their classrooms back in October when we all worked on a collaborative community project for’ the Big Draw’.

The children enjoyed a preview of the exhibition and were able to see, touch and feel some of the preparatory work that the Foundation Diploma and Portfolios Course students had produced.  One of our Illustration students, Sarah, came in to speak to the children about her own children’s illustration project.  All of the children were very well behaved and as well as being given an invitation to the opening of the shows, were given a  short project to complete back at school.  Many thanks to all of the children and teachers (and HCA students) who were involved.
