2016 – Out of this world!

We’ve had some out of this world entries so far for The Young Artist of the Year Competition 2016. This year the theme is SPACE and there are still light years to think about how to interpret that theme. It can be visualised in lots of different ways, such as planets, stars, aliens, and astronauts

We’ve had some out of this world entries so far for The Young Artist of the Year Competition 2016.

This year the theme is SPACE and there are still light years to think about how to interpret that theme. It can be visualised in lots of different ways, such as planets, stars, aliens, and astronauts to name a few.

You can experiment with a wide range of materials and can include photography, painting, collage, drawing, as well as 3D creations!

As well as the amazing prizes on offer, entrants will have their work displayed in The Young Artist of the Year Exhbition during the Summer.

So if you are aged between 5 and 16 years old with a passion for art- why not get creative over the next few months!

The Closing date is May 4th (May the forth be with you). Please incude your name, age, date of birth, address and the name of your school along with your entry.

Please note that we do not accept digital files, images larger than A1, and that we are unable to return submissions. Full details can be found here.
