This week we have been workshop-based and focusing on ‘Advancing’ our practice in this module. Rebecca has been focusing on printing her Lino blocks and exploring colour ways. The Lino blocks have also been pressed into paper clay sheets to produce embossed surfaces. The embossed clay and paper based prints are just two components of mixed media, Victorian inspired, black boxes/ assemblages which explore the craft objects relationship with memory and personal narratives.
