HCA Business and the Revolution…

Sure to become a favourite with our students and the local community, Shack Revolution opened its doors to Herefordshire earlier this month and HCA Business was invited along to the launch party!

A new venture by local brothers, James & Rich, Shack Revolution is a welcome addition to Herefordshire’s unique vibe, proving we do things differently here but it really is a cool place to hang out –  It’s no surprise that rumour has it, it’s the venue for this year’s Student Summer Party!

This year is proving one of Hereford’s best with a new shopping development, cinema and some great independent shops and businesses popping up, there has never been a better time to be in ‘The Ford’ (local affectionate term!). There is something for everyone, if you love the theatre we have The Courtyard, fancy a film, we have the Odeon, if sports your thing we have Point4, rowing, we have a club, live music we have The Venue, festivals, we have plenty, including literature at Hay Festival and poetry at Ledbury Festival.

In a nutshell Herefordshire caters for everyone and HCA Business loves to engage with and support these great local businesses and initiatives. Many provide opportunities for our students to develop their employability skills, enterprise activities and community engagement, providing live briefs, work placements and part time work whilst studying.

So Viva La Revolution – Herefordshire has it all!
