Gravity Lecture : Professor Heiner Zimmerman

This week we have had a great lecture from Professor Heiner Zimmerman, who is both an eminent Blacksmith and a professor at HDK Gothenburg, Steneby. He talked about his practice and gave an insight into a wider European context of contemporary, forged metal design. It was a truly inspiring talk and the students thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. It was one of the rare times that all of the Blacksmiths from the first, second and third years were all together and we filled the room.
