Gabriel Chaille – Focussed at the Forge

I love the sense of urgency that deadlines bring.

Gabe has been selected to exhibit as part of the showcase exhibition at Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre.  He had one piece complete and ready to be packaged and wrapped at the beginning of this week but decided that he would really like to exhibit three!

I really enjoyed watching him work at the forge and couldn’t resist taking a series of photographs of him working both at the fire and with the fly press. I am always blown away by what can be achieved when students are really focussed.
