E (Ian) has been working with the group showing them various ways of cutting and shaping sheet steel including spot welding, drilling, brazing and riveting.
It’s the first time these students have set foot in the workshops and for many the first time they have ever picked up a piece of metal.
The images show what can be done in the space of a few hours, which is pretty impressive.
