Block Printing with L2

L2 are doing a fantastic new project that spans both the 3D and Textiles workshop. Firstly they create their own stamps and blocks by using techniques in the 3D workshop, such as: sawing, sandblasting, cutting, and drilling, its a fantastic oppurtunity for the students to get to know that workshop and the basic hand tooling techniques. Then they come through to Textiles where they are then shown how to print their blocks onto fabric and paper. There were some lovley samples created which you can see below.
