Sophie Ferrier has been going from strength to strength since graduating this summer; having won the Artiste3 Award upon graduation, she has been exhibiting nation wide, and has now achieved amazing success at the Art Thread's Creative Graduate Showcase.
James returned to us as a fellow in the summer of 2024 after leaving HCA some three decades previously. He has enjoyed repeated success as a multi-award winning art director and production designer for TV and film.

For her final project at HCA, Mia was awarded The Sir Roy Strong and Julia Trevelyan Oman HCA Award 2023 for Creativity. She then went on to exhibit at New Designers, where she was invited to exhibit as 'New Talent' at The Surface Design Show in London.
Rosie graduated in 2023 after winning the Award for Studentship at the Degree Show. She then went from strength to strength, exhibiting at Llantarnum Grange Portal Exhibition, spotted at New Designers by the Kings Foundation and invited to interview for the prestigious Chanel and King’s Foundation Metier D’art Fellowship.

Since graduating from the Artist Blacksmithing degree I’ve been employed by George James and Sons, a blacksmithing company that has been open since 1841. Amongst other things, we do a lot of conservation work. Most recently we restored one of the gates at Hampton Court Palace
Bass player Cale Murray was supported by HCA to gain a paid sound operator position at the Regal Theatre’s production of Robin Hood while studying at HCA. Cale then applied for the prestigious and competitive BBC Hereford and Worcester - Introducing Apprenticeship, where he was up against over 1000 applicants.
After graduating from HCA in 2020, Gracie went on to train at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama on the BA (Hons) Acting course and won the prestigious Lilian Baylis Award.

Former Hereford College of Arts student, James Price, scooped the Oscar for Best Production Design, with local innovator Shona Heath from Worcestershire. Along with the team, the pair collaborated on the incredible sci-fi Victorian world-building of Poor Things, starring Emma Stone and directed by Yorgos Lanthimos.
