Course Overview

Get hands-on with cameras and learn the full creative process from shooting to editing in this practical beginners’ course.

Whether you’re brand new to using a camera or looking to take your content creation skills to the next level, this course will guide you through every step, from understanding camera settings and mastering composition, to lighting, filming, and editing your own photos and videos using Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro.

You’ll explore creative techniques both indoors and outdoors, get to grips with colour grading, and gain valuable insight into building a starter kit and working professionally with clients.

By the end of the course, you’ll have produced your own showreel and portfolio of work — the perfect launchpad for creative or freelance opportunities. With a small group of no more than ten students, you’ll receive plenty of one-to-one guidance in a relaxed, hands-on learning environment.
