Lydia is a fight director and actress based in London. She trained at East 15 with their BA Acting & Stage Combat degree. As well as running her own stage combat workshops, she also assists frequently with BADC workshops in drama schools and universities.

Hereford College of Arts has been judged Outstanding by Ofsted in all seven categories: quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, education programmes for young people, adult learning programmes and provision for learners with high needs. This follows a full and enhanced Ofsted inspection in October.
