The Place Beyond the Space

This body of work explores how we interact with and view space within a landscape. Through constructing the images with the use of the mirrors, it allows for a new portal of space to be opened up within this environment which in turn allows for a different experience of place. In creating this narrow view within the wider environment, focus is drawn upon the density of the land whilst enabling consideration of details and elements. The work aims to make us question what we pay attention to within a landscape and how we can explore this.
