I am drawn to materials that are ’of the earth’, experimenting with a variety of techniques to create organic sculptural forms.

My Body Holds the Memory an autobiographical series, explores and processes memories of trauma and grief in both figurative and abstract form. The use of pit fired clay, plasma cut mild steel and grass cuttings sculpted and left to transform over time, represents a primal connection between universal themes of being human, and of the earth itself.
