My work is grounded in landscape and memory. I use found objects and
symbolic landscape imagery as a cathartic expression of emotional thoughts
and feelings. I recognise the benefits of walking and being in the landscape
and the regenerative power of nature.

Recent work reflects my relationship
with the landscape and has been made in response to walking the
Pembrokeshire coast and the length of the River Wye. I work intuitively
through processes of drawing and painting and the use of natural materials.
I am interested in order and chaos and the contrast of the silent photograph
with painting and gestural mark making.
