My most recent project has been inspired by plants and their growth in springtime. I focused on tendrils and their movement and interaction with other objects. This body of research material has informed designs for both sculptural objects and a design for a panel showcasing the motifs in the plants I have found most interesting.

In addition to the development of designs, this project has led to lots of sampling in forged metal that has helped me develop as a practical blacksmith and as a creative.
