As the world we see around us writes its unending story, one can become easily lost in thoughts of what tomorrow may bring, a daunting thought for most. I find a moment of respite from pondering the future can be found in exploring tales of the past. Consequently, tales from folklore and mythology, with an air of mystery and wonder inspire my practice.

I aim to make pieces that draw on the inspiration of these legends, creating narrative work that can tell its own story, ideally incorporating my style and applying a dark twist. While developing my skills in blacksmithing, I will also expand my knowledge of other metalsmithing crafts such as jewellery making.

With this knowledge and inspiration, I hope to create apparel, jewellery and sculptures that amalgamate into a combination of my interests.
