A fire regulation test was carried out on 600 flats within the UK, 364 passed its fire regulations guidelines.
This small amount was an average of 4000 or 9% of Highrise flats.
The artist has constructed a set of columns in response to the incident at Grenfell tower.
The clean-cut columns have been created as a response to this tragedy.
