Calum Andrews (L4)BA (Hons) Fine Art
I believe that art are bridges connecting and communicating between all humans. Art is for all, made by all and should be free for all. I am a visual communicator and images are my chosen form of creation. I am inspired by music, skating, comedy, sports, graffiti and people. The creative materials I often use are found objects, paints, photography, digital manipulation and printing. I cut stencils, spray, splatter and so much more to create a mix of graphic and vibrant images that explore issues and culture.
I try to use my art to give voice to those who don’t have a voice of their own or aren’t able to express themselves to improve the society we live in. It is my wish to represent the overlooked. My work is often a form of protest in effort to improve awareness and challenge authority.
We can all change the world one artwork at a time.
