Xaviere has a BA(hons) Fine Art, MA in Art & Design and postgraduate qualifications in both Post Compulsory Education and Coaching and brings more than 20 years' of experience in arts education.
Throughout her career, Xaviere has held various teaching, management, and quality assurance roles, privileged to be a part of the student journey and recognising the unique and valuable role that creative education plays. A personal highlight in her career was contributing to the college's achievement of an Ofsted Outstanding rating in all seven categories in November 2023.
Additionally, Xaviere has worked with the University of the Arts London, supporting the development of college-level qualifications and as an external moderator since 2014.
