We are looking for an inspiring, energetic and collaborative Study Skills & Inclusion Manager to join our experienced and passionate study skills team.

£31,580 PRO RATA PER ANNUM

This is a rare opportunity to oversee the inclusion provision for creative learners at an Ofsted Outstanding specialist arts college.  Working with curriculum teams and helping to shape the study skills department in supporting students, leading the way in best practice and inclusion within the sector.

As Study Skills & Inclusion Manager, you will 

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of an effective study skills programme across the FE provision, overseeing practice and ensuring compliance with SEN and inclusion.
  • Help identify, support and monitor HCA students across all curriculum areas who have barriers to learning 
  • Have oversight of all SEND learners (who do not have an existing EHCP/IDP) 
  • Work with the Study Skills staff to help enhance student independence and enabling 
  • SEND and students with additional needs to thrive personally and academically
  • Support academic staff in helping students to embrace learning strategies, technologies and innovations that will make them become more independent and confident learners. 
  • Work closely with the EHCP manager, specialist assessor and study skills team to foster culture of high expectations, independence, and resilience among students 
  • Work collaboratively with the curriculum teams to continue to embed inclusive teaching strategies
