This evening is an opportunity for our L3 parents and guardians to come and hear about how we support our students in taking their next steps after further education, including the University application process (UCAS). Most L3 students will start to fill in their UCAS form at the end of the summer term.
Each year, many of our further education students maximize their progression opportunities by making up to five applications to universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the UK. Increasingly, we are seeing our further education students ‘stay on’ with us internally to complete their degrees at HCA and would like to take this opportunity to share the experience of our HCA undergraduates, and our own academic offer with parents.
On the evening of Tuesday 13th June at either 5pm or 6pm (please select your timeslot from the form below) there will be a short presentation about progression options and the university application process via UCAS, staff teams will be on hand to answer questions about subject specific progression routes and alternative providers.
During the evening you will be given an overview of our higher education offer at Hereford College of Arts and you will have the opportunity to see the workshops and facilities at the College Road campus. Seeing spaces and student work can be a helpful point of comparison when looking at other progression institutions. The June progression evening also offers parents an open invitation to visit the HE degree shows that will be exhibited on our College Road Campus at that time.
