We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our established and experienced team. 

The post will provide appropriate support and assistance to identified students with Educational, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).  The role will rely on the ability to develop independence and empower the students to access the curriculum, workshops, or resources whilst providing appropriate practical support where necessary. Confidence in English and Maths is also required to support student who are taking GCSE re-sits.

Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, enjoy working within a team, and be well organised with excellent communication, administration and digital skills.  Applicants must have the ability to demonstrate empathy, gain trust, have great interpersonal skills, and to communicate and motivate students effectively.  For this role, a keen interest in Creative Media Production and technology (film, animation, games design, motion graphics) is preferred.
