As a first point of contact for the College you will need to be able to deal with a wide range of people in a professional manner. Other duties will include administrative support, online research and data entry.
You should have a good standard of education together with GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a strong customer/student focus. A confident and pleasant telephone manner, along with good administration and computer skills to include Word and Excel are essential.
