HCA is an independent arts college surrounded by people who are passionate about the arts, design, media and performance.

We pride ourselves on our close-knit creative community where our students are at the heart of everything we do. The ethos of the college is to work one-on-one, gaining the best for our students and to support their creative journey. The best way to get a feel for this and experience our amazing creative community is by attending an Open Event.

We offer a mix of face to face and online open events including individual and small group tours. You will have the opportunity to hear from staff and students talking informally about the courses, view our state of the art workshops, and ask us any questions about studying at Hereford College of Arts. We like nothing better than welcoming prospective students, family and friends to our Open Events and are really excited to share this experience with you.

We appreciate this is a difficult time, with many questions, queries and decisions to make. If you can’t make one of the events below or feel you just need a little extra help and guidance please get in touch. Staff can assist you in arranging a one to one conversation via video, email or telephone.

Our degree-level open events are held at our College Road Campus.

If financing travel to one of our events is an issue, we can assist by offering up to £30 towards travel fees. Please ask for criteria for travel assistance by emailing outreach@hca.ac.uk
