There are lots of academic staff who teach and deliver sessions and support on the BA (Hons) Artist Blacksmithing course, from Chris Noble who delivers professional practice, the Cultural Studies team of Simon Denison, Cath Gilling and Peter Broks and the wider the Crafts team, who primarily work with the first years. This includes Melanie Brown, James Smith and Clair Hodgson, and then there’s the team out at Holme Lacy that includes Pete Smith and Graham in the Fabrication Bay.
But the main people that deliver the BA (Hons) Artist Blacksmithing course are myself, as Course Leader, Ambrose Burne and Adrian Legge. Here’s a tea break picture, taken in the new workshop at our College Road campus. we are sitting on and discussing Christian’s bench; I particularly like slouching in the middle section, it’s very comfy!
