Creative Writing

The aim of this course is to explore the art of creative writing through writing’s relationship with other creative arts. In a series of structured – but flexible – workshops you will engage with writing through exercises, discussions, and small projects.

You will have opportunities to share. You will play with words, gather objects, respond to prompts, and use other art forms as inspiration. You will create raw material and think about what forms it can take, including hybrid forms – working with words, images, and sounds to create meaning. You will be encouraged to choose your own material and to develop your own ideas.
