Each course is costed individually. Please see course details on the Short Course web pages or in the 2012/13 Short Course Brochure (available mid August 2012) for the appropriate fee for your selected course/s.

VOUCHERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS, BIRTHDAY PRESENTS ETC Vouchers from £10, these can be used to pay for any course within the Short Course Programme. Please contact the Short Course Team for further information or to purchase a voucher.

DISCOUNTS/CONCESSIONARY FEES

Unfortunately, Hereford College of Arts receives no Government funding for its Short Course Programme and therefore, is self-funding and regrettably unable to offer any Concessionary Fees.

 

REFUNDS

We regret that refunds will only be made in the event of the following and on the terms stated below:

* The College is unable to run the course due to insufficient numbers. In the event of this happening you will be offered the opportunity to switch to an alternative course that is running or receive a full refund.

* You request a refund no later than one week before the enrolment course deadline for that particular term. In this instance a refund of 50% of the course fee will be issued.

* You request a refund no later than two weeks before the enrolment course deadline for that particular term. In this instance a full refund will be issued less an administration charge of £10.

Refunds for any other reason are only granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the College. In this instance, please contact the Business Development Manager, Wendy Tolley, in writing.
