Access Ceramics

The aim of this course is to provide you with the opportunity to access the entire ceramics workshop. You will be encouraged to freely explore hand building, glazing, extruding, throwing, slip casting and plaster work. Whether you have a little knowledge and are keen to explore further or experienced and looking to develop your creative ideas this course can offer you the support and guidance you need. Basic materials are supplied to get you started and you will be advised of any additional materiasl required depending on what you would personally like to achieve.

Contemporary Silk Screen Printing

The aim of ths course is to teach you the skills and techniques required to create your own textile designs. These can then be printed onto lengths of fabrics suitable for furnishing or clothing. You will be encouraged to develop your own design ideas in a relaxed and supportive environment. Basic materials are supplied to get you started and you will be advised of any additional materials required, depending on what you would personally like to achieve.  
Crochet for Beginners

Crochet for Beginners

The aim of this course is to equip you with the basic skills in crochet which may be used to attempt more advanced projects in the future. Over 5 weeks you will learn a variety of stitches and techniques such as crocheting in the round which will be practiced alongside short projects to be completed in class and at home. Throughout the course you will also receive support from an enthusiastic tutor, in a relaxed environment, in a relaxed environment.
