Working with us

Why you should work with us

Over the past five years we have started to work much more closely with employers, and our courses already have valuable links to local business that provide support to students on our vocational courses including work experience, work related briefs and mentoring.

Why Recruit an Art Student

• The majority of our students are gaining specific technical skills whilst studying – such as industry-standard creative software packages

 • Art students belong to the ‘ideas generation’ and can often come up with new and fresh ways of working

 • They often have an enthusiasm and willingness to take on challenges

• They are highly adaptable

• Because of their training and specialist subject they are encouraged to work both in teams and on their own.

What you might be able to offer our students

• A ‘live’ project

• Work placement

• Work experience

• Technical Guidance

• Professional & career guidance

 • Mentoring

 • Future Course Development

What we do

As one of the few remaining specialist Arts Colleges in the country we offer a range of courses in art, design and the performing arts – from entry level post 16 through to Foundation degrees and BA (Hons).
