MA Students

Hereford College of Arts Tuition Fee

Full Time Study 
The tuition fee for 2018-19 has been set at £4,500 for non HCA graduates to study the MA full time and £4,000 for HCA graduates. There may be some extra costs involved such as course books or materials.

Disabled Students’ Allowance
Disabled students’ allowance (DSAs) may be available if you have a disability or specific learning difficulty including dyslexia. DSA’s are intended to help with the purchase of specialist equipment and non-medical helpers. We advise that you apply and have your DSA in place before you start your course, and how much you receive does not depend on your income or that of your family. Masters Loans

Postgraduate loans are available for Masters Degrees for up to £10,609 for the whole course. For further information, please visit'll-get.

Proffesional Career Development Loans

Students can apply for a Professional Career Development Loan from either Barclays Bank or the Co-Operative Bank.

Please call the National Careers Service on 0800 100 900 and they will send you an application form. They are open from 8.00am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. For an overview of Professional Career Development Loans, please visit

The professional and career development loan scheme is closing. Students must apply by 25th January 2019.

Payment of Tuition Fees
We will require a 25% deposit by 31st July 2018 then the balance in 6 instalments by direct debit (November 2018 – April 2019).
