UCAS Clearing

If you're interested in starting a degree at HCA for this year's September 2018 entry and you are already in the UCAS application system, you will need to apply via UCAS clearing.  Students can find themselves in Clearing for lots of valid reasons:
You might not have received any offers if you applied to UCAS after 30 June
  • You didn't receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
  • Your exam results weren't as expected, and you didn't meet the conditions of your offers
  • Your circumstances have changed and you are only just thinking about studying at degree level, or rethinking where would suit you best

Please just give our Registry team a call on 01432 273359 or email: and we will be happy to guide you through the application process.
You may also find these UCAS Clearing Frequently Asked Questions helpful.

Direct Applications

If you are not in the  UCAS application system for 2018 entry and are only interested in applying to HCA, then you can complete a simplified HCA application form and submit it direct to us.  Please contact our Registry team on 01432 273359 or email: who will be happy to advise you further.
Wherever possible, we can also put you in contact with relevant academic staff to offer advice and guidance.
